BodyHoliday St. Lucia Announces Feature Months for 2025

BodyHoliday St. Lucia has announced its 2025 "Feature Months," offering a range of retreats for travelers looking to explore new interests or renew old skills. Offering an all-inclusive experience designed to rejuvenate the mind, body and spirit, the resort provides guests with opportunities to train with pro-athletes and industry experts, along with daily spa treatments, activities, and diverse food and beverage offerings.

The 2025 lineup of "Feature Months" and presenters includes:

Training with Julien Alfred

With dates to be announced, guests will have the opportunity to meet and train with Julien Alfred, who made history as St. Lucia’s first-ever Olympic medalist, winning gold in the 100 meter race and silver medal in the 200 meter at the 2024 Paris Games. Joining BodyHoliday St. Lucia as its exclusive partner in 2025, she will lead training and motivational sessions for resort guests.

Spring Sail 

Available March 25 to April 19, this retreat caters to water and boat enthusiasts of all levels, offering a range of sailing sessions and activities. Guests can learn from two former Team Great Britain sailors, James Peters and silver medalist Luke Patience, and participate in races and time trials. The Wellness Center complements the experience with tailored treatments for sailors, including post-sail massages and sun care therapies.

June Jive

From June 2 to 22, this retreat invites dance enthusiasts to explore various styles, from salsa and tango to merengue and zumba. With 19 classes offered each week, the sessions will be led by Stefanie Renee Salyers, a professional dancer currently on tour with the Tony Award-winning Broadway show “Moulin Rouge,” and Bojana Matic BoBadu, a professional ballerina.

WellFit Tribes

This retreat, running from June 30 to August 24, is designed to bring families together through fitness and bonding activities. Led by Jade Jones, who became Team Great Britain’s youngest Olympic Champion after winning gold in Taekwondo in 2012, Ashleigh Nelson, British sprinter, Kadeena Cox, Team Great Britain Paralympian and four-time Olympic Champion and Brooks Vaughn Curry, American swimmer and Olympic gold medalist, this program offers family-friendly workouts and team-building challenges that encourage health, unity and fun for all ages.

September Solos

On offer from September 1 to 26 and crafted for solo travelers, this retreat comprises a range of fitness classes, hosted dinners and social activities aimed at fostering new connections. Perfect for individuals seeking a wellness retreat where they can meet like-minded individuals, this program includes expert-led sessions with Breeja Larson, who secured Olympic Gold for the U.S. as a part of the 4x100 Medley relay team, and Desmond Clark, former NFL player-turned-motivational speaker specializing in leadership and team development.

Octoba Yoga

Guests frrom September 29 to October 31 can participate in various yoga styles, including Hatha, Ashtanga and Katti, as well as meditation sessions. The retreat is suitable for all levels, and includes yoga classes led by Briony Fisher, the yoga teacher at Premier League Football Club Brighton and Hove Albion, and Dr. Rebekah Jade, a London-based medical doctor, yoga teacher and wellness founder known for blending medical science with holistic wellness and traditional practices. Therapeutic treatments at the Wellness Center further enhance relaxation and healing, making this retreat a comprehensive wellness experience.

Pre-Christmas Restorative Break 

Available December 10–21and led by World Champion Sprinter Donna Fraser, this retreat is designed to refresh and recharge guests. It prepares them for the festive season and the end of the year with a focus on relaxation and rejuvenation.
