Casa Cook, in partnership with JP Immobilien, has unveiled its newest venture, Casa Cook Madonna. Marking the brand’s debut property in Italy and first mountain retreat, Casa Cook Madonna is slated to open in June 2025. The adults-only alpine hotel is nestled in the village of Madonna di Campiglio in the heart of the Dolomites.
The property will have just 50 rooms and plans to be a haven for adventurers during both the winter and summer months. The hotel will house a well-equipped gym, spa, sauna and boot room. Yoga sessions will allow guests to unwind after a day outdoors, alongside spa treatments. The culinary experience at Casa Cook Madonna will include a menu curated by three-Michelin-starred chef Jacob Jan Boerma. Nearby, guests can savor culinary offerings at further Michelin-starred restaurants, sampling the region’s cuisine including traditional dishes of the Dolomites.
Casa Cook Madonna is located just over 93 miles from Verona Airport and offers easy access to nearby glaciers, lakes and trails. During the winter months, guests can indulge in snowshoe hikes across landscapes, traverse glacier trails and glide down world-class slopes for skiing and snowboarding, with lifts conveniently located just a three-minute walk from the property.
Spring and summer will also offer a range of opportunities for exploration, including scenic hiking and mountain biking trails, lake excursions, wine tastings and rock-climbing adventures. In town, guests can explore local craftsmanship to discover exclusive artisan pieces within boutique shops.
The hotel will be operated by TREASURESTS Hospitality.
