Brookmere has announced its opening on December 18, marking its arrival in Saratoga Springs, NY. Managed by Hay Creek Hotels and Restaurants, the property will house a modern French bistro, the Regent Restaurant and Bar, as well as a host of amenities including a grand ballroom, the Arbor Spa, outdoor wellness facilities and more. Nestled on nearly 10 acres of greenery and located near attractions such as the Saratoga Race Course, Saratoga Lake, Saratoga National Golf Club, and within two miles of downtown Saratoga Springs, the property offers a retreat at the foothills of the Adirondacks in Upstate New York.
Hotel Brookmere opens with 88 guestrooms and suites. Guests can choose from a variety of room types, including multi-level loft suites, specialty spa suites, a presidential suite, or king and double queen rooms, plus accessible rooms and suites. The hotel is also sporting a newly constructed skywalk for seamless access between different sections of the property.
The 110-seat Regent Restaurant and Bar offers French-inspired cuisine, complemented by artisanal cocktails, champagne and wine. The venue includes private dining and seasonal patio options, and welcomes both hotel guests and locals alike.
The in-house spa offers a variety of treatment options. Arbor Spa, managed by Arch Amenities, has four treatment rooms, including one for couples services, and a relaxation lounge. Additional amenities include a fitness center, seasonal outdoor pool, an outdoor sauna, Spa Suites, and more.
Additionally, Brookmere is home to a wedding “Wellness Lounge” with salon-quality amenities. The property is designed to cater to various events, with a grand ballroom spanning 3,500 square feet that accommodates up to 200 people, based on room layout, complemented by an adjacent gallery and outdoor courtyard that has the same footprint as the grand ballroom. The property also offers multiple meeting rooms.
Brookmere will be open year-round, allowing guests to explore the attractions of Saratoga Springs, known for its historic landmarks, arts scene and more.
