The Spa at The Lake Estate on Winnisquam is slated to open in summer 2025. The 5,000-square-foot facility will be New Hampshire’s newest luxury destination and day spa. It is part of The Lake Estate on Winnisquam, a new 114-room independent luxury resort set to open in the New England town of Tilton, NH, in the Lakes Region.
The Spa at The Lake Estate on Winnisquam will welcome resort and day spa guests. It will be located on the lobby level of the estate set on 36 lakefront acres with 3,400 linear feet of private shoreline along Lake Winnisquam with views of the Belknap and Ossipee mountain ranges. Facilities include eight treatment rooms, two of which will be reserved for couples, plus men’s and women’s locker rooms, each with dry saunas, and two relaxation lounges with a double-sided fireplace. Additionally, floor-to-ceiling doors will lead to the outdoor mineral spa overlooking the property’s private apple orchard.
The spa will offer a menu of nature-inspired services of massages, facials, body treatments and wellness therapies. Wellness offerings include therapies such as Shamballa Wellness sound therapy to enrich harmony and balance, forest bathing, mindful sleep rituals and meditation. Select treatments will also be provided outdoors in private settings. Guests can also enjoy an advanced touchless sensory journey through integrated Vibro-Acoustic technology in Lemi massage beds in addition to chromotherapy. A “Cancer Wellness Program” will provide therapists with the skills and knowledge on how to adapt treatments for clients undergoing cancer treatment and recovery. Private in-room massage will be available, as well, while outdoor massages in private cabanas will be offered seasonally.
An additional 1,500 square-foot terrace with views of the lake will offer a year-round outdoor oversized heated mineral spa, meditation garden and spa fire pit. A salon on a lower level will offer styling and on-site customized bridal hair and make-up services, in addition to a full array of nail services. A spa boutique will offer luxury resort and spa leisure wear, skincare products, chakra aromatherapy, homeopathic and vitamin sprays, hand-crafted soy candles, and more.
Tip: Curated packages for bachelorette gatherings, bridal groups, girls’ weekends, as well as rejuvenating weekend retreats will be available. To complete the full spa day experience, guests at The Spa will have access to the estate’s dining options. The Dining Room will have floor-to-ceiling windows framing views of the lake, and The Bar will offer seasonal cuisine, cocktails and wines.
The Lake Estate on Winnisquam will offer a complete destination spa getaway experience. The property will offer 96 guestrooms and 18 suites. Many guestrooms come with private balconies or patios. All suites have fireplaces and most include balconies or patios with views of Lake Winnisquam.
The Lake Estate on Winnisquam is designed to be a year-round venue for everything from grand occasions to private intimate ceremonies, micro-weddings to larger celebrations for up to 220 guests.
