Avanti Launches Phase II of Go365 Campaign for 2024-25

Custom FIT tour operator Avanti Destinations has launched the second phase of its 2024-25 “Go365” campaign focusing on warm-weather getaways with a 44-page e-brochure for travel advisors to share with their travel clients. The e-brochure will inspire advisors to recommend independent travel to warm overseas destinations during the winter months of October through March.

As part of the campaign, a recorded webinar on selling winter season travel is available online. Advisors can also request pre-printed postcards promoting winter travel that they can personalize and send to their clients. The e-brochure highlights 22 countries, seven suggested land itineraries, 21 hotels and resorts, and 26 add-on tours and experiences around the world.

New products include one customizable itinerary, “Discover the Maya” in Guatemala, 11 hotels and resorts, 12 tours and experiences, as well as a new Galapagos yacht. Most accommodations are four- and five-star properties and most of the experiences and tours are private. Shared, small group and self-guided activities are also included. Advisors can tailor itineraries to include each client’s preferred destinations, style of accommodation, and the activities that match the interests, timeline and budget of each client. Advisors can also add other activities and transfers from Avanti’s product lineup to any Go365 vacation.

“While the first phase of the Go365 campaign this year focused heavily on Europe, this warm-weather escapes phase emphasizes the South Pacific, Central and South America, Asia, North Africa and the Middle East—although Portugal and the Azores are included, representing Europe,” said Gina Bang, chief sales and marketing officer.
