John Lovell to Become President of Travel Leaders Network

John Lovell, CTC, will add to his current duties at Internova Travel Group and become president of Travel Leaders Network on January 1, 2025. Lovell's appointment follows on the announcement earlier this year that Roger E. Block, current  president of Travel Leaders Network, will transition to the role of senior advisor on the same date. Lovell currently serves as the president of Travel Leaders Group.

Since the formation of Travel Leaders Network, Lovell has had strategic oversight of the consortium and is heavily involved in its decision-making, with responsibility in the areas of strategic operations, P&L performance, partner sales and the overall growth of the organization.

In addition to his new role, the presidents of Roadtrips, which offers luxury travel packages to the world’s major sporting events, and Bonotel Exclusive Travel, an aggregator and wholesale distributor of both branded and boutique luxury hotel rooms, will continue to report to Lovell.

Travel Leaders Network is one of the largest sellers of luxury travel, cruises and tours in the industry. It represents approximately 5,700 travel agency locations across the United States and Canada to assist millions of leisure and business clients annually.

Prior to his role within the executive leadership of Internova Travel Group, Lovell served as president of Vacation.com and also held executive positions with ANC Rental Corporation and Renaissance Travel Solutions. He is recognized within the travel industry for his expertise on the growing popularity of travel advisors, as well as cruise and leisure travel trends and the retail travel business. Lovell was inducted into the CLIA Hall of Fame earlier this year.

In 2015, he founded the Family Bonds Foundation, the nonprofit giving arm of Internova Travel Group that supports the charitable needs of those who work within the travel industry as well as the wider community.
