KHM Travel Group Launches New Webinar Series for Travel Advisors

KHM Travel Group has launched “Level Up,” a new webinar series hosted by the company’s Engagement Team, designed to help independent travel advisors “level up” different aspects of their businesses.

Each monthly session is hosted twice via Zoom, on Wednesday and Saturday, to allow advisors the best opportunity to attend live and chat in real-time with fellow KHM Travel Group advisors. Each session is also recorded for advisors to watch at their convenience if they can’t attend live.

Since the interactive series launched last month, 473 people have watched the sessions which have focused on goal setting and developing a content calendar. Future topics scheduled for early 2025 include: financial literacy, the qualifying process and problem solving.

“Our first two sessions have been incredibly well-received. Agents were asking questions, sharing ideas, and chiming in to assist other agents. It’s that idea of community and conversation that drives everything we do as an engagement team. Our plan for this year is to continue to find innovative ways to reach agents and help them make meaningful strides in their businesses, whether that’s making their first booking, trying a new marketing strategy, or reaching one of our top Pinnacle levels,” said Bill Coyle, vice president of agent engagement.

Other new initiatives for KHM Travel Group’s engagement efforts include two weekly Facebook Lives, enhancements to resources for all levels of the Agent Journey, and increasing attendance at in-person educational events.

In addition to hosting in-person events where the company is located in Northeast Ohio, the host agency will also hold several of its popular regional “On the Concourse” events. These events will bring members of the Engagement Team to Irvine, Boston, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, Toledo, San Antonio, Austin, Philadelphia and Washington DC to meet and connect with local advisors.
