Sagres Vacations has announced its new advisor incentive program, “Destination Champions,” launching January 2025. In response to the growing interest in Portugal and Spain, the company’s new initiative is aimed at connecting individual travelers with the company’s top-performing travel advisors. Requests for customized itineraries in these destinations will be routed through Sagres Vacations’ travel advisor network, rewarding the company’s highest-achieving partners.
Sagres Vacations’ team of travel designers will personally qualify each customer inquiry and match them with a top advisor based on quarterly sales performance. Every three months, the three highest-performing advisors will receive priority in handling new customer requests.
Additionally, Sagres Vacations has announced the appointment of Simon Rodrigues as business development director. As a consultant, he will lead sales and marketing team initiatives in the United States, working alongside the executive team and the regional offices in Portugal and Spain.
